I've recently updated to 1.7.4 and now when I sync my calendar (linking Outlook 2007, MyPhoneExplorer and my C905) the appointments appear correct in MyPhoneExplorer but one hour early on my phone, eg. 8.20 in MPE and 7.20 on my phone. I've synced the time, checked the timezones and am now scratching my head. |

In the C905 there is a setting called "Region" (you'll find it in the timezones). Its not enought to set a timezone, the phone has to know your Region so it can calculate Daylight-Saving times automatically. |

Ok. I've just tried that and I still have the same problem. It's only since I've downloaded the latest version. Earlier versions have worked perfectly. |

I tested the bahavior very carefully.
You have not set a Region in your phone. If you try it now with the PC-Suite then you'll have alsothe one hour diffrence. |

I have, honestly. My Time Zone is set to London rather than just GMT. |

PC Timezone is set to London
I've tried it with My Phone Explorer 1.7.4
I deleted all entries in my phone and resynced and all entries on my phone appear an hour earlier than they should. |

I'll sound really thick here - what's the PC suite? The software that came with the phone? |

I haven't use SE's sync software for years - ever since I discovered yours. This is my fourth or fifth SE phone and MyPhoneExplorer has always been the one I use.
The problem seems to have been solved now. All the times are correct.
Thanks - excellent work again! |

This may be a stupid quesiton, but my phone is set to dutch ... where can I set the region?? I cannot find it. I have also sync issues, some days that are marked as "whole day" in Google, show up from 23:00 until 22:59 next day.
It doesn't do that on *all* days, but just a couple of them. I share a calendar "birthdays" with my girlfriend, and it mainly seems to happen in this calendar (which is hers, shared with me).
Well, I'm going to search for the region setting and maybe try the beta version. |
