Problems connecting SE Z710i

Hi.
I'm having problems when i try to use MPE. I thought that might be because I used an older version of MPE, but now I'm using the latest (1.7.5) and still can not connect. I have deferents messages: Connection to phone could not be established: Set connecting string failed!" or "Connection to phone could not be established:Phone could not be identified"

Can any one help me? What should i do?

at this moment I just finished to re-re-re-install the drivers, but still nothing. Any idea?

FJ , thanks for the tip (Showing me to read the log file) Now everything's back to normal. MPE is working again Embarassed
