Hi There,
I just purchases a smart phone from China which looks similar to the Blackberry 9000 but works using Java Operating System. The phone has no name just called WIFI / JAVA Flash light phone. The Model Number is MTK2...Is is loaded with features like Wifi / TV / dual sim card , etc.
I would like to use the My Phone explorer to sync my MS Outllok contacts with this phone. I am able to establish connection and download the SIM Card contacts but not the outlook contacts as i keep getting the Obex Error: Obex Protocol could not be initialized
I know that MPE was made for Ericson Phones, is there any thing that can be done to make the software sync my phone with my MS Outlook Contacts without the Obex error. Your suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks, |

Dear FJ and all team,
I have the same problem with China-phone without calendar synchronisation:(( I have an backup-file from my k700 in .mpb format and need to restore my all friends birthdays from calendar to Outlook at least because my phone was stolen and there is no other chance... I tried to open that file with notepad and saw that some information is inside it but dont know how to extract it.
Tell me, please, may be some way exist to restore backup-file to new profile on my computer without connection of my old k700 phone or, may be it cn be a future-request;-)? I want try to export that calendar to google after that..
Thank You in advance, |

Start MyPhoneExplorer, switch the calendar-view to "List", then import the backupfile (rightclick->Import...). The data should appear now in MPE -> now export them to a common format |
