I am pleased to note that MPE is working fine using USB under Win7-64 with my Motorola Atrix and Outlook 2003. It took me a little thinking and searching to find out how to sync for the first time without creating duplicate entries on the phone. I had previously used Motorola Phone Portal to copy over my 126 contacts via CSV. Initial pre-sync showed that I would have 460 entries in the phone's phonebook. After a forum search, I found the procedure is to download all the Outlook contacts then force Outlook to phone.
MPE also adds a menu item in Outlook to permit phonebook sync, organize sync, and multi-sync. Nice touch!
