Why is this software not packaged with the phone??? I've been struggling with the Sony Ericson software for 2 HOURS!!! Nothing worked. With this software it took me 5 minutes!!

since finding this software it has made life so much easier for me, my only problem is that I have more than one Sony Ericsson but my download will only recognise one. I have tried downloading again but with a different file name but this makes no difference. How do I enable this software to accept multiple users / accounts? (especially as I am about to get another new sony!!!)
