Anyone having issues syncing pictures?

I love this product! I had to refresh my computer. Everything was working before that. I have the most updated version on my phone and laptop. When I sync, everything else syncs fine but when gets to "sync photos" and error message pops up and says it can't find any pictures on my phone (trust me, there are a ton). Any advice on why this is happening would be appreciated.

I do not know what it really is, however I could imagine that it might have something to do with SD card access if you have located the pictures on SD card as I have.

You need to enable SD card access. If the confirmation dialog does not pop up after installation, restarting the phone may help, if not, retry reinstallation of MPE client.
