1) what do you mean with this ?
2) should be already possible. Take a look at the favorites-button in the Window "New message..."

You can create a responderservice by using the interfaces of MyPhoneExplorer. Please take a look at this page at the bottom. Its german - i hope it helps you.

Basicly it means that you can advice MyPhoneExplorer to start a script or program when a message receives. The script can then send the response-message throught commandline. If you have problems by creating the script - let me know it
