Hmm then I guess I need a feature to do 'actual' export to Excel. Could/should it be done? I can however check my messages one by one for carriage return though, then update my Excel as necessary. I started MPE but it doesn't launch notepad when any of the above events occur. I am trying for 3 hours now with no luck. Please help.
