mpe add "+" in front of my contact numbers

when i sync my samsung phone with outlook. a "+" appears i n front of the contact phone numbers. when attempting to dial the number it tries to dial overseas. how do i prevent the "+" from added to the phone numbers

Do you have problems with american numbers ? If yes then please update to the current beta, there was a little bug in the official version.
