Could not find photo folders on the phone!

Hi guys

Pixel 3 - definitely backed up before but now returning me this message when i try to multisync my photos

should be mentioned that no files are displayed in internal or system storage either.

I have the same problem. I posted as well in another thread and have had no response. :(

I'm using Windows 10 and a Google Pixel 4 XL with the latest OS available.

Hello. MyPhoneExplorer user since .... still, I am currently experiencing the following fault:
Unable to synchronize the photos on the smartphone with the PC. In the file part, the program no longer sees the phone and card directories?

just had same problem and there is mention that Android 11 is causing this. Im on Samsung S20 5G running Android 11.

Is this your issues also??

Reinstalling app fixed it for me

Based on the suggestion in the thread I linked to I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Google Play Store and then access was restored. My device is a Google Pixel 4 XL running Android 11. Sounds like for some reason the update to 11 cased the issue but reinstalling the app restored the access for me.

Excited by the possibility i tried the uninst reinst option but sadly did not work for me on my samsung unit. :wink:
