Yes, Time Period was set to "sync all events" and it was set to outlook overwrites phone. Then it gets difficult!
The only thing I can think of is that you unknowingly declared these entries as "Never sync this entry in future".
Here's how you can reset these settings:
MPE => F2 => Sync => Events ...

If the option MPE => F2 => Sync => Events and Task / Sync with => Advanced => Time period / "Sync all events" is enabled for you, I can't explain it.

I displayed my old calendar on the phone and new one to see what it did and they are identical. No additional history copied, or at least is displayed in the samsung calendar app on my Zfold7. Are the missing appointments from the past displayed in MPE on your PC?

Thanks for all the help. I did as suggested, exported the missing calendars to files (never used per the below), created a new calendar on phone, changed MPE to sync to it and did a forced outlook to phone sync.

For the export from the phone I believe that is my current phone calendar, downloaded into MPE via blue arrow and then exporting from MPE desktop. Not from the phone itself. Just confirming.

I assumed you had already synchronized your Google Calendar, including the new appointments, with Outlook. You can also export the relevant new appointments from MPE (select them and right-click => Export/Import...) and import them into the new calendar ...

I am sure it is my lack of understanding but I do not see how the proposed method gets the last 60 days of calendar entries that I made on my phone Google calendar only (and any in future).....that were never synced to outlook synced and back in the new ...

A regular sync does update only the changes from phone in the database of MyPhoneExplorer. In normal case the data will be equal to before of you use "Download entire" but if there was a failure in the past then this feature will fix the data in MyPhoneExplorer. Yes, thats the right way. The feature "Download entire" does transport all data from phone to MyPhoneExplorer - without interacting with Outlook. The sync does include then also Outlook data.

Usually existing photos are no longer copied?!
There are 2 explanations for this:
1. Please check MPE => F2 => Folder for Photo-sync
2.The photos were changed by the transmission
