I checked and the prior years missing appointments are not in the MPE desktop calendar. I can scroll through the months and still see them all in the Outlook calendar.
Thanks,

If the option MPE => F2 => Sync => Events and Task / Sync with => Advanced => Time period / "Sync all events" is enabled for you, I can't explain it.
Are all the appointments in one calendar in Outlook? |

Yes, Time Period was set to "sync all events" and it was set to outlook overwrites phone. Triple checked.
All Outlook events are in one PST File/Calendar. I can view them all in one calendar in the desktop outlook app.
I do see a very few recurring all day transactions that did appear in those old years. Not all of them....and not the many daytime appointments which I could see in Outlook appeared on the phone or MPE.
Not sure if this matters. I did have the checkbox for notify greater than 1 changes checked as I always do for safety.
After it copied for a long time...said "creating appointments in phone" then it said "Checking appointments in program". And then the sync approve screen popped up with some edits. A small number...and they were definitely ones that had happened since the last complete sync because I assume they were still in MPE organizer from when I downloaded the phone presync to export the same selected calendar events.
Very strange.
Thanks,
BJB |

The only thing I can think of is that you unknowingly declared these entries as "Never sync this entry in future".
Here's how you can reset these settings:
MPE => F2 => Sync => Events and Task / Sync with => Advanced => Flter =>Reset user defined exceptions
If that doesn't help either, then contact FJ via Mail directly with a link to this thread=> Impressum |

Thanks. I would have had to have done this for 1000's of entries and did not so no difference should be caused. Thanks, will contact FJ.
