Adding Phone info from old harddrive problem

I recently upgraded a harddrive and need to transfer some old phone infomation to my new installation of myphoneexplorer (old phone being one that died). Can someone assist me with this please.

The only way I can view the old phone stuff is to plug back in the old drive and boot to it but ofc this is major inconvenience.

Still need help with this please. Where are the contacts and messages stored and how do I transfer to add to new installation?
