TEST BUTTON - New in Phone Client?

I have been having the problem of my PC repeatedly asking for the phones Password. Nothing I did would resolve it, so I just uninstalled both the PC and Phone Client to determine if something was corrupted.

On the phone Set Up Page, there is now a TEST BUTTON with AT+CSQ to the right of it. Was this recently added?

Is there an explanation how this works, as repeated searches I tried yield no info about it.....

Pressing it turns the button Yellow, and it asks for access to my SD CARD... I choose Root Folder each time, and then NOTHING.... What does this Test?

I'm having this "Testbutton"AT+CSQ showing when I opened MPE client as well. Probably it's just for debugging purpose.

You may ignore this button unless you´re asked by FJ to use it.
This button won´t help you, it´s designed to help FJ find problems.

Thank you for the explanation. I had been plagued by requests to enter the client Password repeatedly, and could find no instructions to resolve it. I finally just uninstalled everything and presently the problem has resolved itself. The "Button" appeared and saw no indication it was a later version. I thought it unusual that this "new" version was now available, but with no list of updates/ bug fixes.......
