Hello, first of all very great thanks for your great application, I appreciate!
I have a longterm problem when speaking via my Bluetooth headset and switched-on Wifi on my S3 Samsung Galaxy. I can hear the other party but they cant hear me. If I switch off the wifi on my mobile before the call, the issue is solved. I tried with several bluetooth headsets and always the same, I claimed my phone as well but finally after many months I figured out that the problem is only after installing Myphoneexplorer. It is very annoying because I am connected to desktop MPE via Wifi so if I write SMS I cant answer and make calls with bluetooth headset and viceversa. My operating system is Windows but I think this desnt matter. I have the last version 1.8.7. but also previous versions were affected. Did you ever hear about this issue?
Thanks in advance. Honza |

Well, this is something you will have to live with.
Your phone simply can´t deal with 2 different Wifi-parties at the same time. And this goes for all phones out there. You might test to connect you phone via USB. |

Thanks for your answer, I see. Just to be precise - my Headset is connected via Bluetooth not Wifi. Does it matter?
If not, is it possible to connect my Samsung S3 Galaxy via bluetooth to MPE (I havent succeeded to do that)? USB connection works well but it is a bit uncomfotable.
Thanks again. Jan |

You can connect every smartphone via BT to the MPE.
Have you tried USB yet?
Just try every possible way of connecting the headset and the phone.
Eventually you might find a way that works for you.
Sorry, there is no gold-standart for that. |

Please test "Fixed IP-Address", but not "Autodetect"
I could the problem not reproduce with an S3
Best regards
