last changes from sync are not remembered

HI,
I am new with this program and find something strange.
I do (as a precaution" a sync "only from outlook tot phone".
During that sync some changes are found in the calendar ans contacts. I acknowlegde to adapt the phone for these changes.
When teh sync is done, i redo a sync, and teh same changes keep on showing.
How is this possible?
