I have a new computer (Lenovo all in one)
Installed MPE 8.1.7 (because 8.1.8 would not sync properly on older machine since Office updated to 2016). Encountered problem so updated to 8.1.9 but still have same problem.
MPE loaded data from phone to PC ok
When trying to set up sync, option shows outlook 2016, when I click on the advanced button to tell MPE which outlook file to sync there are no files listed then the program shuts down. I have been using MPE for many years and really miss not being able to sync my phone.
Phone is Huawei 10, Op system is Win 10
Outlook files now stored in My documents (they used to go to App Data). Makes no difference when I move the outlook file to Users/account/app data/roaming/microsoft/outlook files
