Why the yellow sticks (notes) are not dowload from the phone to the PC ?

Please note that MPE comes with its own notes app and only this is synchronized with the PC.

Sorry, but MPE read my contacts that in the phone, read my calendar, read all other items from my phone. Why it is not able to read the notes ?
And so, if i well remember, in a previous version, it was able to do it ...

This has never been possible with MPE.
Since the Notes app differs from phone to phone and manufacturer to manufacturer, MPE can not provide all possibilities. Therefore the own MPE Notes app.

I have a phone under Android 8 and the last MPE release (1.8.9), and yes MPE does synchronize the Notes I have in Outlook on my pc, as it always did w/ previous phone and MPE versions.

The notes can be accessed on the phone using MPE's own client app "MPE Notes" (you should see the icon on one of the phone "home" pages), same with the Tasks, MPE has its own client (phone) app but synchronization works fine (though haven't tried to look into it recently).

I don't know for pc s/w other than Outlook though, but you didn't specify what's your pc app and Outlook is the most common one.
