MPE not able to access Outlook 2016 folder's estructure

Hi,

after upgrading Windows 10 to version 1809, MPE was not able to access the Outlook 2016 folders of Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes any more. I checked everything out and upgraded MPE to version 1.8.11 and also instaled "MyPhoneExplorer_DebugUpdate.exe", but the problem continues. The actual message I get when I start the synchronization is something like: "the connection with outlook could not be established". Also, if I try to change the synchronization option, I get the message: "the structure of the folder from outlook can not be displayed" (I apologise for this translation fron Spanish to English, since my MPE version is Spanish). Please help.

What happens when you realize the following:
MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with Outlook 2016=> Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise

When I realize MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with Outlook 2016=> Advanced =>, I get the error message: The folder estructure from Outlook cannot be shown".

Please use the Office Repair Tool or reinstall Outlook

Dear icke1954, thank you very much for the advises. I tried both: first I used the Office Repair Tool and I got the same error; second I uninstalled Office completelly and reinstalled afterwards and I got the same error again. What else can I do now?
