How can I delete contacts from the list, not on a smartphone

Now I'm deleting everything from the list without syncing. Red crosses appear. I close the program and reopen it and again I see these crosses again. How to remove all this? I don't need synchronization, because in this case the contacts on the smartphone will be deleted.

I have been using the program for about 10 years now, from time to time, but still don't fully understand how it works. Sometimes I have to edit a lot of contacts and then synchronize with different smartphones. But there are still misunderstandings.

Why are changes saved even after the program is closed? How to start from scratch without deleting the user? Even when there is no connection to the smartphone, but I import the list, all entries are added to the existing ones!

Our program is not intended to manage data without an Android device, but to keep the data synchronized between the mobile phone and the program.
Perhaps you should explain to us in more detail what exactly you intend to do?
