Files missing when copying files from phone to computer

Firmware version unknown. The word "firmware" does not appear anywhere in "About Phone".

This file copy failure has inexplicably started and is persistent.

Using MyPhoneExplorer, I highlight/select several files on the phone. I put the mouse pointer on the highlighted/selected files and do a click-n-drag from the phone to a folder on the computer. Most files are copied to the computer and some are not. I must repeat the process to copy the missing files.

This copy failure is happening every time I copy a group of several files.

Tried it several times to reproduce, without luck.
How much files do you select for the Drag&Drop operation?

Last time was yesterday. It was ten files totaling 4.69 megs.

Could you do the job the next times with the download button in toolbar instead of Drag&Drop? then we know at least if the issue is related to Drag&Drop

I copied 98 files using the "File-Sync Jobs" built into MyPhoneExplorer and the operation completed without errors.
