I'm using 2.0, been using this program a long time. I am noticing that after a multi-sync, I am missing entire conversations. Some conversations have missing responses i.e. lines I said vs. what they said... the info is on the phone... but myphoneexplorers sync and values do not match...
The apk is up to date...
I've rolled through the settings and don't see a thing about "don't download" xyz... so I'm at a loss.
I'm seeing this on two computers, 1 laptop and a desktop PC both running win10 x64 with all the updates. The phone is a galaxy S9+ with the latest and greatest from Samsung... not rooted.
Any idea what I can do to resolve this? It used to be fine... notice this behavior about 6 months ago... it never resolved... so that is why I'm here now.
