I have been using MPE for a very long time, and it has worked very well. I now have ver. 2 installed. My Samsung phone connects via WiFi to my PC (Win 7)
Recently MPE fails when connecting to the phone.
When I start MultiSync on the PC it says "Connecting", "Identifying" and then "Could not connect to the phone" "The phone could not be identified".
Have tried to un-install MPE and re-install MPE on the phone, but it didn't help.
The phone is running Malwarebytes virus protection, but un-installing this didn't solve the problem.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Please check in the app info of the MPE client on the mobile phone whether all rights (e.g. 'telephone') are activated! |

Thanks for your response.
I can't find any settings for rights in the MPE client. OnlyWifi pin and info about calendars, accounts etc.
Checked the log file on the PC. It is like this:

mobile Phone => settings => apps => MyPhoneExplorer Client=> permissons |

Checked permissions. All OK - including Telephone. |

Update:
Did a re-install of the antivirus app (Malwarebytes) on the phone. Didn't seem to solve the problem, but a few hours later, the problem is gone! Running MultiSync on the PC works as it has done previously.
