I have made a change in a phone number in an outlook contact and then run multi-sync and it is not changing the phone number on the android phone.
There is a check box that says "Use Outlook add-in" should this be checked or not? I am NOT using outlook on my cell phone, just the normal phone application

No, the old phone number shows up myphone explorer wihen I open it. My outlook contacts show the new phone number. |

Please check MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with Outlook 20XX => Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise |

We recently changed the outlook profiile, so I reset it to the new profile for everything that attaches to outlook, but it still doesn't show the updated phone number....do I need to reset or something? |

Which contact folders are activated for you under MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with Outlook 20XX => Advanced => Outlook folder to sychronise ? |

I uninstalled and re-installed myphone explorer and it now seems to be working correctly.
