Hello, I have been using the software for several years now and am enthusiastic about it! Thank you for the work you do.
I'm writing for an information: today I wanted to delete an appointment and possibly all the related ones (being an appointment in a weekly series), unfortunately I discovered that by xxx on the appointment and choosing ‘delete past events’ the programme deletes ALL past events. Is there any way to recover them? Is there a recycle bin?

Look MPE => F2 => Sync => Browse log folder

I pressed F2 and it opens the settings mask but I can't figure out where I can find the files... maybe because I don't have the ‘create log file....’ box ticked?
unfortunately I don't know how to insert the image I made of the settings... tomorrow I'll look into it and post it if necessary

That's it!!! Now that I know I will always keep it enabled
I found a backup I made a few days ago and it definitely has the appointments deleted but when I try to retrieve it on the phone it deletes them again, is there any chance of getting them kept?

Let me try to explain myself better
I saw that when I opened MPE on the laptop I found all the deleted appointments, so I made a backup to save them (I don't know if the backup saves the data on the PC or on the phone) hoping that I could then put them back in the phone

If you accidentally chose the 'Delete Past Events' function ...
- Are you first asked about a dialog box whether you really want to delete the past appointments
- Are you have accidentally chosen 'yes', you can reverse this again using the 'Remove Delete Flag' function.
You can also export all appointments or create a backup.
Finally, as already described, you can import the HTML file.
