File Sync of Music Library fails after initial Sync

I have a music folder with about 1500 songs in it. The initial sync works, but subsequent ones don't detect any changes and terminate early. It does not properly finish, because the date/time of the last sync never updates. In addition, if I add the job to the multisync, it shows a red X for that job.

I have an excerpt from debug.txt I can send if needed.

Actually I just figured out a little more. Some of my music is Japanese and Chinese. If I delete the folders using Japanese and Chinese characters from the phone, the sync works properly for the next run, then subsequent syncs fail again.

There was a small bug with special chars in 2.2.
