Download window cut off / to low on wide screen

Continue to have woes when going to download files from my phone to PC, with the pop-up selection window opening to low on the screen and going off the bottom. I have to drag the window up to see the option buttons on the bottom.

I open the MPE on the Windows 10 PC, in about an 80% size window. I select a 'folder' and select download to PC, and the pop-up window to select the PC folders comes up.

The window opens about 1/3 the way down inside the MPE window and extends down past/below the monitor itself, thus outside the MPE area.

I have two monitors, have tried this on the 4x3 1600x1200 format and the 16x9 1920x1080 screens, same results for each.

Reported this a year plus ago, no fix.
Have had 2 or 3 updates to MPE, no change.
Have reached out to FJSOFT again twice this year without reply.

Wondering if others have the issue and or a fix ?

1. I cannot reproduce the problem described by myself
2. A solution for you would be to use the function using drag & drop.

Thanks for trying to duplicate.
Do you have multiple monitors, and different formats ?

Doing the drag and drop, is the annoying work-around I have been doing for over a year now. That is not a solution but a workaround, that has gotten old.

Seems the pop-up window should either, open within the MPE window, or at least within the screen itself.

In order to display screenshots in our forum, you must first upload the photos to a server.
Among other things, this is free of charge (also very convenient when you register) => PicRV4

Note, these shots are from a PC system with four monitors, two are 4x3 format and two are 16x9 format.
As some say they can not duplicate the issue, I wonder if they have a single monitor setup...

Also, this issue does not happen when you select a single file to download, the pop-up window stays withing the MPE main window.
...thus the MPE seems to fail with placement of the pop-up window with the Folder download option, but the File download option

* * UPDATE * * appears to be fixed !

Received replies from FJ. Reviewed issue, initially advised was maybe a Windows matter, but after he reviewed a couple days, provide a couple beta test updates to try, and it now works.

Have tested now and when I run MPE on either the 4x3 or 16x9 screens, when I go to download a 'folder' it opens the window to pick where, inside the MPE area.

So appears it is working again.


Side note / my guess... having multiple monitors and the primary screen being via a graphics card not the motherboard, might be where Windows and MPE were clashing on the 'screen area' for the window.
...so thus why others with 1 or 2 standard scr setups did not see it ?
