Hello everyone,
I'm encountering a major problem at work and I really need some help.
We've lost the original software that allowed us to control some machines running Android 4.0.4, and I'm currently trying to replicate this control using MyPhoneExplorer.
I've installed the software on the PC as well as the MyPhoneExplorer Client application on the Android device.
The connection works well: I have screen mirroring and I can interact with the touchscreen using the mouse.
In landscape mode, everything works perfectly:
the display, the touchscreen, and the click mapping are correct.
But as soon as the screen switches to portrait mode, things get complicated:
the image remains good,
but the touchscreen is completely misaligned: if I move the mouse down, the movement goes to the right,
and the mouse stops right in the middle of the screen, as if the touch area hadn't rotated with the image.
I absolutely need everything to work correctly in portrait mode; it's essential for our professional use.
If anyone has encountered this problem before or knows a solution (settings, older version, fix in the Android client, etc.), I would appreciate any help.
Thank you in advance for your time and advice!
