w580i can't find my phone

i've just re-booted my laptop, and before i did, it worked absolutely fine - loaded messages etc. and now i've just reinstalled MPE and it doesn't seem to want to work...

i do recall it having COM2 and COM4 before and it always found my phone in COM4....but now since i've reinstalled it, it only searches COM3.

i don't actually have the cd that came with the phone with me, but could get it in a few days...i'm just wondering if there's anyway to fix this without the cd? i don't remember using the cd last time either...

can anyone help me please?

The drivers are also included in the official PC-Suite from SonyEricsson, you can get it on their website.

If you need the single drivers then you should google them. There is no official place for them, but some users extracted and uploaded them.
