Completion Error Message After File Upload to Replace File

If the file exists on the phone and you try an upload to replace it you get the message:

Error during upload: Filename
Completion Error: - 2147024713

I tried this also on my P1i - normally MPE overwrites an existing file. Has the file which is already on the phone any special flags (writeprotected, hidden, systemfile)?

I have tried this with a number of different types of files. None are write-protected, hidden or system.

If I upload a file from my PC to the phone then make a change to the same file on my PC and try and upload it again I get the error message.

Please post the logfile after the error. I cannot reproduce it on my PC so i hope that i can see something helpfully in the logfile.

I still get the completion error message when trying to replace a file that already exists on the phone. However if I set up file synch between PC and phone then the file is replaced with no completion error message.

Sorry, on my P1i it works.
The filetransfer s done throught a third-party library. Not directly throught MyPhoneExplorer. Cause of this i can only advice to do a file-action but i cannot control if there errors appear or not.

After the errormessage: Is the file replaced or not ? The routines for filesync are the same, but on filesync the errormessages are made silent.
