Hi! I have the 1.80 on my computer and the 1.0.4 on my Samsung Galaxy S and when I sync with Outlook 2007 some but not all appointments turn up one hour early on my phone. I set the clock to use lokal time on my computer.

Please advice!

Thank you so much for your quick response and the link to your beta version! You were right about it having to do with the time settings on the computer and the phone. I live in Sweden, and I suppose the way we set back and set forward the clock isn't the same as the rest of the worlds (naturally!). So I tried using our GMT plus an extra hour on the phone, and then all my appointments matched! I'll head over to PayPal now and express my gratitude!
Very Happy

I live in Sweden too and of course we use the normal Day Light Saving standard as the rest of Europe!

Standard CET is GMT+1 and DLS is +1 extra hour.

I too have the problem on my new Samsung Fascinate (Verizon) where the calendar appointments are correct in both Outlook and MyPhoneExplorer, but are 1 hour early in the phone. I have installed the beta client, but no luck. I have read several threads in this forum, and I am confused about what I should do to fix the problem. Can you explain how to fix this, please? I am in the USA Central standard timezone.

Thank You.

I too have the problem on my SE X10 mini pro where the calendar appointments are correct in both Outlook and MyPhoneExplorer, but are 1 hour early in the phone. I have the latest software in the phone, and MPE 1.8. This problem occurs for most of my appointments, but not all.
Please advice.
Thank You.

I fixed my problems by re-entering all of my recurring appointments. Then, today, I created a new appointment for June 2011 on the phone. The time is correct in the phone, but one hour later in MPE and Outlook. The settings in the phone are set to "automatic - set by network". It's a Verizon Samsung Fascinate. Thanks for your help.

Hi again.
I'm the guy with the X10 mini pro, that has problem with one hour early appointments. As stated before, this problem occurs for most of the synced appointments, but not all. How would an incorrect timezone setting create problems on some appointments but not all? Anyway, seems to be a problem when having reoccuring events that span over the date for changing between dst and normal time. Again, all events show correct time in MPE, but not in phone.Timezone setting is correct on my phone, i.e. CET. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

I have also 1 hour mismatch problem.
For me those calendar events, where I have originally received outlook invitation from India time zone (GMT +5:30) appears in MyPhoneExplorer and also in the phone 1 hour later than in Outlook (which shows the correct time). All these invitations are recurring invitations, I do not have any single invitations currently that I could check.

I'm not sure but I guess this might be related somehow to daylight saving (that is not in use at all in India if I recall correctly).

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Spica, MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.0 and client 1.6.0. I'm located in Finland and so both PC and phone have timezone GMT +2.

Any hint or advice is welcome.
