why is it when i sync my outlook contacts over to myphoneexplorer sync, the then end up with a plus sign + before the numbers. they are not like that in my contact list on outlook. How can i stop that from happening?

Please use 'search' for this problem. There are many threads going over the issue.
Personally, all my phone numbers in Outlook have a '+' before them as I store them in 'International' format. That way I can go abroad and not worry about editing numbers to get the correct international dialling code etc.
There is a bug in the current version cause MyPhoneExplorer does interpret the first 3 digits of a US-formatted number as country prefix which is not true. Please install the current beta to get this fixed
