retrieve the previous organizer

Hi,
I hope you could help me.
I clicked download info in the organizer section and everything that was there before- gone. Only what is now in the cellphone is there. I know it's a huge mistake but is it possible to retrieve the information? I need the dates and what I wrote there.
I was sure that like messages, it is saved in an archiv or something.

Sorry, its not possible to recover the data. Did you make any backup earlier ?
