I use myphoneexplorer since 2 years and i had no problem.
But since 2 days all the sync work with outlook except agenda.
The task of myphoneexplorer stopped immediatly.
I try to delete the calendar of outlook, with no succes.
The sync run wtih no problem with myphoneexplorer agenda.
I have a similar problem with Kies and Outlook,. The sync dosn't work and i have this message An Error Occurred While Preparing_to_sync ...
Any ideas ?

hello,
same problem for me. since 2 weeks, impossible to sync outlook agenda. i've the message "obex error, phone didn't answer" sometimes sync begin and don't finish, ofen it never begin. no problem with call sync and monitor view ...

Good luck...I posted about using Outlook 2013 and have posted about other things in the past, and it seems this English section does not have top priority.
I love this program but the support forum needs more attention  |

@FREDDENIRO: Disable "Compare only changed items" in the sync settings and try again
@fred25:Post the logfile after the issue happened
@CatB: I am very sorry for the delay. I do what i can, but the popularity of MyPhoneExplorer makes it really hard to support all the users in diffrent media channels in a acceptable time |

I am sure it is a lot of pressure to do so. I hope there is a way to improve that though, as the program itself is really outstanding. The only thing as important as an amazing program is solid support
