transferring MPE data to new phone

Hi My phone has died and has been replaced. I need to copy the MPE data of the old phone to the new phone. All the instruction I can find requires a backup from the old phone to restore the data to a new phone. How can I copy the data to the new phone without access to the old phone.
Old phone was HTC oneX new phone is Samsung GT-S7272 and I usually sync using wifi.

Hi Rhonda,

you can also make an "Offline Backup" from you old phone without need to connect it.
Please search the forum, don't know exactly where it was described.
