Suddenly can not sync contacts

Suddenly can not sync contacts.
Tasks and notes: sync correctly.

Environment:
My Phonexplorer V-1.8.2 + patch.
Outlook 2003.
PST file with controlled SCANPST correct.

Phonebook.dat file looks correct:

The data exists in Outlook after an initial sync to outlook but My Phonexplorer not find them then. Duplicates if they persist.

An idea??

Additional information about the problem:

Model of my phone: Samsung GT-S5570 Mini ACE
- Type of connection: USB / WiFi
- MyPhoneExplorer Version Client: 1.0.16
- Windows version: Seven 64-bit
- Android firmware version: 2.3.5.

Temporary solution:
I created two exceptions to the two latest additions who refuse to be synchronized.

Tonight a change on my Samsung was synchronized without problem because the contact was already existing in Outlook.

In the windows "Exceptions for outlook", icone outlook is absent for cards affected by the non-synchronization.

The disorder has resolved itself.

The message security outlook (allowing access to contacts) no longer appeared for an unknown reason.
Contact sync again became functional as soon as the message security outlook has reappeared.
It should be noted that:
- The contacts in the phone and in outlook and has already synchronized still be synchronized,
- Other sync (tasks, notes, documents) were not affected by the problem.

Outlook bug apparently ...

It seems the Outlook interface did block some contacts to read...

Please test the current beta, it uses a better way to access the data of Outlook (without security permission in general and much faster)

This works very well.
It is unfortunate that Android does not allow the management of native categories in its databases.

When I installed the beta version, the control window has continued to appear but much less often.
Synchronization was functional.

Since the total disappearance of this window, my problem has reappeared.

If the contact exists in the phone and the computer, the sync is OK and changes are reflected.
If the contact exists in the phone and not on the computer, copying is normally done on the computer the first time but the next sync, there is creation of a duplicate on the computer.
If the contact does not exist in the phone and exist in the computer in outlook, no reaction.

I have not found any documentation on this window to control outlook.
I think the problem is related to permissions.

Only syncing contacts is concerned with the problem.

It should be noted that with the Previous Version of MyPE, the disappearance of this window had also resulted in the appearance of the same problem.
