Sync Android w/ 2 laptops w/ unique data on each

I am trying to sync an Android phone with two different Windows laptops, each with unique data. I want the phone to be a repository of all compiled data. If I "push" data from each laptop, the app tries to delete the data resident on the phone which isn't local to the laptop.

Is there a feature I have not enabled, or is this type of operation not possible?

This is simply not possible. But you could set up a seperate calendar on the smartphone and on both PCs also two calendars in Outlook. Then assign the calendars of the phone to the Outlook calendars and sync (Settings-Sync-Calendar-Advanced). It will sync also ALL appointments but at least they are splitted into seperate calendars.
