Merging two Notes/Tasks Databases for use on one device

Hi, I have 2 Samsung phones with Notes/Tasks saved during different occasions of use and I want to merge all my Notes/Tasks together to add to one device with fairly large internal memory and dual sim. Im wondering if theres a feature where the existing database isn't deleted in order to restore a backup database as that may work if I had the option. I have also thought of locating the databases in root and manually adding text from one to the other but I dont see an option to expand the database correctly to see all the information listed in a usable format (text editor doesnt recognise all characters as well)
