Sent SMS not saved by MPE

When I send an SMS message with MPE, I get acknowledgement that the message was sent successfully, but it does not show up on the desktop screen. Only incoming messages are logged.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer a solution to this but want to confirm that you are not the only one with this problem: For a while now, sent SMS are not stored and also not synchronized back to the smartphone as well. I just came across your posting when searching for a solution here in the forum.

Hello,
Any update on this case? I have the same issue with my MPE. Once I send a SMS via MPE it does not show it in "Conversations". I have to download the SMS everytime to see all the conversations.

I have the same problem. I have skimmed the Google/Microsoft discussion.

I almost exclusively use MPE on the PC to send SMSs.

Obviously MPE – PC has a copy of the SMS.

MPE - PC knows when the transmission is successful.

All MPE - PC has to do is to insert the SMS in the Messages section as if it was truly synced.

Pressing F5 from a messages section window later properly synchronizes the SMSs.

Hi Franz,

My S10 perfectly syncing and storing all SMS once I send them and receive. Just MPE does not sync it once it is sent, but the phone shows it in the SMS conversation.

Plus a new bug! After I updated my S10 to Android 10 - phone does not call from MPE. It means that once I press the "PHONE" button to call some number - phone vibrates once and that is all. Not dialing any number.
