WiFi won't connect: Socket error 10013

Getting an error message "Connection to the phone could not be established: Socket error 10013:The requested address is a broadcast address but flag is not set"

Hoping it's a simple setting in my phone.
I run McAfee internet security and they have helped me check it's not their issue.
Have the same error with firewall and anti virus switched off.
Windows firewall is off as I use McAfee.

Phone is a Samsung S21 Ultra. Software is always updated when advised by Samsung.

Have you started the MPE client in the cell phone?

I had a similar "cannot connect" issue today and worked on it a few hours. Finally, in desperation, I deleted MPE Client on my phone, rebooted the phone, reinstalled it and it synced right up.

Boy, was it ever a surprise and a relief.
