There is a bug in version 2,2. I can not select all SMS checked as read.
How to fix it?

You should enter a point in the filter, then all entries can be marke

The function "Mark All As Read" (right-click any SMS in the list to access) has stopped working when latest update was applied.

I'll forward the problem to FJ. Until then, you have to use the workaround I described

MyPhoneExplorer is no more able to edit the sms database in the phone since several years due the known Google restriction so there should be no changes in behaviour between 2.1 and 2.2

I didn't mean the MPE program version but the MPE client on the cell phone.

The background to this question is that the following has applied since 2019:
Informations about changes in access to SMS and Call lists
This also means that the function in question worked until MPE version 2.0, but only until the next sync
This function only makes sense if you are still using an old MPE client that supports transfer.

MPE version 2.2 don't allo to mark all SMSes as read but MPE version 2.0 works properly.

Ones marked as read are allways as read.

Sorry, you are right. There was a behaviour change that only messages of the current thread were marked as read.
