re worded to try to explain beter what I am trying to achieve

desktop I have outlook most entries are done there.
phone has my calendar and now google calendar
how do i sync outlook to google calendar on my phone without getting duplicates in my calendar
I want to have them in the seperate apps
eg outlook to my calendar
outlook to google


Please anyone this is driving a 72yo batty

We already had that: If you stop the Google calendar, it will sooner or later be that you have entries twice.

firstly thank you for your reply.

I have tried this method

1.sync google with outlook then,
2. sync my calendar with outlook.
This actually works.

Now I am wondering, If I select google and Samsung in the setting does this just create duplicates in myphone explorer, but not in outlook

Thanks for the suggestion but I have read that and dont really understand it, That seems to me that I need to add the other calendars somehow
do i do this

OL = Outlook
Google = Google
My calendar = my calendar
MPE = MyPhoneExplorer Desktop

Before I can advise you specifically, I have to know exactly what you intend!
Unfortunately, I still didn't understand that correctly.
I thought that you wanted to synchronize 2 calendars with Outlook:
1. Your Google Calendar
2. My Calendar
Then of course you must enable under Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => Calendars to sync the Google Calendar and the My Calendar.

Then as described here Allocation of multiple calendars

yes I want to sync my calendar and google calendar hopefully.

I did try this

also there is a setting for add new events to ???

at the moment I am sync outlook to google then I change the setting and sync outlook to mycalendar

You also need 2 calendars in Outlook
1. Calendar
2. Google

myphone explorer only shows entries in my calendar but not in google, although it shows the correct number of entries but it is not consistent with google on my phone lots of entries are missing.
synch again and now google entries all correct but now myphoneexplorer not displaying my calendar entries.

If you haven't already done so, install the MyPhoneExplorer 2.2
then the MPE beta version

Then use in MPE => Organizer => Blue Arrow ("Download entire")

I installed the files you sent me and downloaded as you described, but sync both calendars simultaneously created duplicates upon duplicates.
Icant seem to get rid of the google duplicates. My outlook is thankfully ok

Have you plainly allocated the 2 phone calendars the Outlook calendars, as described by me?


The dates must also be processed separately in Outlook in 2 calendars.

Yes, of course, how should the program know which appointments belong in which calendar, if they are all in Outlook in a calendar?

You have to create a new calendar in Outlook:
Right mouse button via 'calendar' => new calendar => call it e.g. Google.
You should move all Google dates to this calendar (drag & drop)
Then realize the Allocate Calendar in MPE

Why don't you do what I suggested to you?
1. Create a new calendar in Outlook
2. In MPE the corresponding allocate

Sorry I am still confused.
If I create a calendar called google in Outlook and copy all the appointments would t not be duplicating
