I've been syncing with Google calendar for a long time without problem. I have access to my own, my wife's, our joint and an organisation's calendar and I sync all 4 with MPE. At some point, the Windows app, gained the ability to select viewing of individual calendars of the three being synced. Everything has worked perfectly for ages.
10 days ago, I went travelling, having synced everything prior to leaving. I returned today and synced my phone to my PC (Win11) only for the MPE calendar to be erased - fortunately, everything still looks fine on my phone (Pixel 8 Pro).
When I checked Settings, I can no longer select the calendars to sync - in fact, I see no Google calendars listed at all - just Local calendar. I've reinstalled the PC app and set up the connection to my phone again. Everything syncs as expected except the calendar. I also tried reinstalling the client on the phone with the same result.
I'd set my wife up with a similar system on her PC so I tried syncing her phone and something similar happened, except MPE still shows her personal calendar but my and our joint calendars are missing and the colour of her entries in MPE have changed to dark blue (default for Local calendar in settings).
I can't think of anything else to try without risking having MPE corrupt my calendar entries. Any advice is very welcome!
PC version 2.2, Android client version 4.3.
Google calendar problem
Doh! A senior moment - I now remember that just before I left on my travels, I got a message from Google imploring me to switch that off. I even thought at the time that MPE would probably complain about it, but forgot in the time I was away. Thank you!icke1954 hat geschrieben:Please check in the cell phone => Goggle calendar app => Settings => General => Google Calendar data Share with other apps must be enable!
